Who We Are
WHO WE ARE
SHANNON GREENE ROBB, FOUNDER + president
Shannon, a graduate of The Chicago Academy for the Arts, pursued Piano Performance at Berklee College of Music in Boston. After an injury sidelined her piano playing for three years, she shifted her focus to exploring new creative avenues, earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from DePaul University and a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Her passion lies in designing innovative experiences that foster collaboration, spark fresh perspectives, and build community.
Shannon’s work has been showcased in multi-media installations and performances at Chicago venues including Woman Made Gallery, Glass Curtain Gallery, Links Hall, and Ruth Page Center for Dance. She was the first alumna to chair the Music Department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts and has served as Musical Director for various theater companies and schools across Chicagoland. In 2017, she created a large-scale photo installation in downtown Naperville as part of the global "Inside Out" art project, featured at TEDx Naperville.
Beyond the arts, Shannon has made significant contributions to her community, serving as a former Commissioner for the Special Events and Cultural Amenities (SECA) program (2016–2024), a former Commissioner for the Village of Oswego’s Cultural Arts Commission (2015–2017), a former board member of ARTSpeaks, and a former member of the Artist-in-Residence Advisory Committee at the DuPage Children's Museum.
As the owner of Arranmore Events LLC, Shannon produces creative and engaging events at Arranmore Farm + Polo Club and in Downtown Naperville, bringing her vision for connection and creativity to life.

Philanthropy has been a force in her life for almost just as long, starting with Girl Scouts at age 6. The two have commingled in her life ever since.
After graduating from DePauw University with a double-major in English Composition and French, she launched her career in Advertising & MarCom before starting her own business. Since moving to Naperville with her two children in 2007, Lisa coalesced her passions of philanthropy and the arts by serving numerous nonprofit organizations and efforts in DuPage County, in pivotal roles including fundraising, MC’ing, gala and fashion show planning, volunteering, and media & public relations. She additionally served as an independently-contracted Fashion Editor and Writer for Glancer Magazine and assisted the magazine with fashion styling, photoshoots, fundraisers, and more.
