Who We Are

WHO WE ARE

SHANNON GREENE ROBB, FOUNDER + president

As a graduate of The Chicago Academy for the Arts, Shannon’s aspirations led her to Berklee College of Music in Boston, to pursue a major in Piano Performance.  As fate would have it, a year of playing too hard on the keys left her unable to play piano for three years, and it was at that point in her career that she began to play with everything else.  After earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from DePaul University, Shannon found freedom outside her classical training through Columbia College Chicago‘s Master’s program in Interdisciplinary Arts.  Her vision is to design creative experiences that uncover new ways to look at the world. That vision is what she aims to bring to every one of my pursuits. Shannon loves seeing an opportunity and making it come alive. She thrives on exploring new perspectives, collaboration, and getting her hands dirty to produce something innovative that inspires community.

Shannon’s work has been featured in multi-media installations and performances at Chicago area venues including Woman Made Gallery, Glass Curtain Gallery, Links Hall, and Ruth Page Center for Dance. She was the first alumna to be named Chair of the Music Department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts and has worked as Musical Director for various theatre companies and schools throughout Chicagoland. Shannon recently created a large-scale photo installation in downtown Naperville which is part of the global art project "Inside Out" featured in TedX Naperville. She played piano for Artistic Director, Lara Filip in Lara's self-titled album "Stop Time" released in October of 2016, and was appointed by The City of Naperville as a Commissioner for Special Events Cultural Amenities (SECA), a former Commissioner for the Village of Oswego on their Cultural Arts Commission and board member of ARTSpeaks, and is part of the Artist-in-Residence Advisory Committee at the DuPage Children's Museum.

Shannon is also the Owner of Arranmore Events LLC. An events company that creates and produces events at Arranmore Farm + Polo Club and Downtown Naperville.

lisa murtaugh, SECRETARY

The arts and performance have been a force in Lisa Murtaugh Gangi’s life since the age of 3, including dance, music, modeling, and on-camera performance, and continue to this day as an entrepreneur. Philanthropy has been a force in her life for almost just as long, starting with Girl Scouts at age 6. The two have commingled in her life ever since.

After graduating from DePauw University with a double-major in English Composition and French, she launched her career in Advertising & MarCom before starting her own business. Since moving to Naperville with her two children in 2007, Lisa coalesced her passions of philanthropy and the arts by serving numerous nonprofit organizations and efforts in DuPage County, in pivotal roles including fundraising, MC’ing, gala and fashion show planning, volunteering, and media & public relations.  She additionally served as an independently-contracted Fashion Editor and Writer for Glancer Magazine and assisted the magazine with fashion styling, photoshoots, fundraisers, and more. Lisa proudly served on the Board of Directors of Naperville CAPS (Citizens Appreciate Public Safety) and as its Board Secretary from 2014-2019. Her contributions to Arranmore Farm + Polo Club began in 2016 as Sponsorship, Media, and VIP Coordinator.

Lisa is a solo parent and business owner in Naperville. She is currently in a hobby yacht-rock band, plays 18 instruments, has always been & always will be, a people connector and humanitarian.
