
Shannon Greene Robb

Founder Shannon Greene Robb was motivated to establish ACA as an extension of her experience as an arts educator and through deep and long-standing ties to the Chicagoland artistic community. Greene Robb attended The Chicago Academy for the Arts, Berklee College of Music in Boston, DePaul University, and Columbia College Chicago. She was the first alumna to be named Chair of the Music Department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts and has worked as Musical Director for various theatre companies and schools throughout Chicagoland since 1990. Greene Robb’s own works have been seen in multi-media installations and performances at Chicago-area venues including Woman Made Gallery, Glass Curtain Gallery, Links Hall and Ruth Page Center for Dance.

Dr. Dan O’Donnell
Vice Chairman
Superintendent Daniel O’Donnell, Ed.D. is known as someone continually focused on high academic achievement and maintaining fiscal responsibility during times of change. However, it is his dedication to his students that best defines his superintendency inOswego Community Unit School District 308. Improving student learning is his top priority and he holds high expectations for all staff, parents and students in the district. He also believes that the district must communicate effectively to bring the school/community partnership forward together to accomplish positive results for all students.
Dr. O’Donnell models lifelong learning as a member of the Association of Urban Superintendents and Illinois’ Large Unit District Association. He also maintains a visible presence in the community through his participation in local organizations including the Oswego Economic Development Commission, two chambers of commerce, the Oswego Heritage YMCA, and the local Optimist and Rotary clubs. A strong advocate for the arts, Dr. O’Donnell conducts the Mark Twain Chorale International and has toured with the group throughout the U.S. and abroad for 14 years.
Dr. O’Donnell came to District 308 in 2009 after retiring from Missouri. During his more than 30 years in education, Dr. O’Donnell served students as a teacher (vocal and instrumental music), coach (football, basketball, and tennis), principal, associate superintendent of human resources and finance, and superintendent of schools. His 16 years of experience as a Missouri superintendent was served in Francis Howell, Scotland County and Lesterville school districts.
Dr. O’Donnell received his doctorate in administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Truman State University.
Dr. O’Donnell’s wife of 33 years, Sharon, is also a retired music educator having taught vocal and instrumental music for 29 years in Missouri. The couple has two grown children who are continuing in the family business. William is a teacher/author/artist in South Carolina and Patrick teaches instrumental music in Missouri.

Cheryl Jekiel
Secretary
Cheryl Jekiel’s passion for excellence continues to shine through all aspects of her personal and professional endeavors. Currently, Cheryl is the VP of Human Resources for Flying Food Group, as well as the Director at Large for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). Cheryl holds expertise in Lean Manufacturing with strategic HR applications, holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from Loyola University of Chicago.

Bob Slaby
Treasurer
Bob Slaby has directed global start-up, expansion and turn-around initiatives at Citigroup, HSBC and Hewlett-Packard Company for the past twenty years. He has extensive experience in organization design and implementation, process re-engineering, and process automation. Currently, Bob is Senior Director for Global Sales Compensation Strategy, Planning and Quality at HP. He holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of California at Davis, an International MBA from the University of South Carolina, and the Diplome de Francais des Affaires from the Paris Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Naperville with his wife and two children.

Tim Greene
Tim is the Vice President of john greene Realtor. He holds a Real Estate Salesperson’s license and is extremely well known in Kendall, Will and DuPage counties with local farmers who are in the process of selling their real estate holdings to reputable developers that he successfully brought to the negotiation table. Tim has been very instrumental in selling and closing farms with john greene Land Company in the collar counties to developers who have had the capability to pay competitive prices. Tim attended DePaul University (Chicago) and Benedictine University (Lisle). He is a member of the Rotary Club of Oswego and the U.S. Polo Association. Tim and his wife, Jodi, reside in Naperville.

Dave Krahn
David is a lifelong resident of Oswego and currently is the Executive Director for House Republican Leader Tom Cross and the House Republican Organization. His community involvement includes serving as an Oswego Village Board Trustee, Chairman and Founder of the Oswego Economic Development Corporation, Chairman of the Oswego Heritage YMCA, Chairman of the Oswego Visitors Bureau, the Oswegoland Park District Foundation and the Oswego Education Foundation.
In addition, he has been the past youth director at Good Shepherd Church, a volunteer fireman in Oswego, volunteered for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, served on the Oswego Chamber Board and is an active PrairieFest volunteer.
David resides in Oswego with his wife Peggy who works for the Oswegoland Park District. He has two daughters, Lisa and Heather, and seven wonderful grandchildren.

Ed Jarosz
Edward C. Jarosz was the Vice President of Business Development for Moore Medical, a division of McKesson Corporation, from 2009-2011. In this role, he was responsible for leading the integration of Edwards Medical Supply into Moore Medical and establishing the combined companies’ overall strategic plan. Jarosz began his career with Edwards Medical Supply in 1981 where he served as controller, Vice President of Operations, Sales Director and ultimately the President and CEO. Under Jarosz’s direction as president and CEO, the company became the nation’s leading provider of healthcare products and services to employers at workplaces across the country. From 1995-2009, Jarosz oversaw Edwards Medical Supply through a period of explosive growth. The company increased its revenues from $10 million to $72 million, produced annual EBITDA results 4 times industry averages; expanded into new markets, and services over 70% of the Fortune 500 companies representing a customer base of over 12 million workers. In February 2009, Edwards Medical Supply was successfully sold to McKesson Corporation. Edwards Medical Supply and Jarosz were recognized by the Healthcare Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) and the National Distribution & Contracting ((NDC) as a top 10% industry performer and by the Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AOHN) as the leading supplier to the marketplace. Jarosz is active in the industry and community. He has served on the board of First Commercial Bank of Tampa and the AOHN Foundation. In 2007 and 2008, he also served as Chairman of the Board for the AOHN Foundation. At home, Jarosz has been an active member of Vistage, an organization for CEOs dedicated to becoming better leaders, better decision makers, and producers of better results. Jarosz hold a Bachelor degree in Finance from Miami University.

Roxanne Lang
Roxanne Lang’s commitment to her community is evident through her extensive involvement in Naperville and the surrounding areas. Since 1995, Lang has been a member of the john greene Realtor ”Lang Team”, specializing in residential real estate sales, relocations, and creative marketing initiatives.
Roxanne has been actively involved in many Naperville community organizations over the past 20 years, including: the Naperville Women’s Club, the Naperville Jaycees, as well as Naperville Responds, which helped raise funds to build 20 homes in Pass Christian, MS, in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

Lara Filip
Artistic Director
Artistic Director, Lara Filip is a 20-year veteran musical actress of the Chicago-area stage, as well as a classically trained vocalist. Her theater credits extend throughout the Chicagoland area including, most recently, her role as Narrator in highly lauded production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Paramount Theatre. After attending The Chicago Academy for the Arts, Filip joined several touring companies, performing across the United States. Her passion for performing is equally matched by a commitment to arts education for all ages, especially children. Filip is the founder, primary playwrite and artistic director for Bookworm Adventures, a touring children’s theatre.
